🌍 Refund Policy and International Shipping
At ComprarRapé.com, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and smoothly. However, there are certain situations -especially related to international shipments- that are beyond our control. That’s why we want to explain to you in full transparency how our refund policy works:
🚫 Shipments held by customs
If an order cannot be delivered because it has been held, refused or returned by the customs authorities of the destination country, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund. Each country has different regulations, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be received without restrictions.
We would love to be able to help you in such cases, but customs decisions are beyond our control.
📦 Orders returned due to incorrect address or not picked up
If the order is undeliverable due to errors in the address provided, package refusal or failure to pick up on time, we will not be able to issue refunds. We can offer to reship the order if you assume the new shipping cost.
🔁 Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped. We can only make exceptions if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective (in this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt).
- There was an error on our part in processing the order.

Before placing an international order, we recommend that you check if the type of product you are buying can enter your country without restrictions, and if there are any additional taxes or formalities.
