Description

The first reports of the use of lavender in history appear in Classical Antiquity, especially in Greece and Ancient Rome. As early as the 1st century A.D., there are reports of the use of Lavender infusion as a medicinal cure.

Since then, the plant has spread throughout the world and has been widely investigated by science, revealing itself as a powerful natural tranquilizer.

Scientific evidence:
Lavender is considered a true universal panacea because it has great efficacy, tolerance and safety in its use. The alfazema, popularly known as lavender, belongs to the genus Lavandula, which comprises 39 species.

Among its many properties, we can highlight its action: analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, healing, cytophylactic, emmenagogue, hypotensive and sedative.
